Roger Varian was fined £80 as he had failed to submit the Raceday Privilege request in relation to Super Cub (GB) before 1pm on the day before racing.
The Raceday Privilege request in relation to Meng Tian (GB), trained by S P C Woods, was not submitted.
Woods was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all Raceday Privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
Princess Lavinia (GB) reared up and unseated its rider on the way to post and when behind the stalls.
Having been examined by the doctor and Veterinary Surgeon at the start, both the rider and filly were deemed fit to race.
The Starter reported that Super Cub (GB) was unruly in the stalls and withdrawn at 6.

Roger Varian was informed that the colt could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Approaching the 2 furlong marker, Buying Time (IRE), placed fifth, shifted momentarily right-handed, causing the winner, Kingboard Star (IRE), to be taken off its intended line, which in turn carried Fair And Square (GB), unplaced; Chanteiro (GB), placed fourth, and Vertiginous (IRE), placed second, off their intended lines, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of any runner.
Following the race, Trevor Whelan reported that Quickdrawmcgraw (IRE), unplaced, was slowly away and George Buckell reported that Vertiginous (IRE), which started favourite and finished second, ran green.
