The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bated Beauty, trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have had blood on the nose as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage
G.P. Brouder, rider of Gala N Dandy, trained by Charles O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount settled at the back in order to get the trip but was unable to quicken when asked and may appreciate a shorter trip.
