An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly before the finish line involving Arboy Will (GB), placed third, ridden by William Carson, Kimngrace (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by George Rooke, Shanko (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Marco Ghiani, and Amazonian Dream (IRE), unplaced ridden by Ross Coakley.
The interference was found to be accidental as Arboy Will (GB) shifted slightly left-handed off the rail as Kimngrace (IRE) hung slightly right-handed, resulting in Ghiani, who was racing in a tight gap, to make contact with Kimngrace (IRE) and have to take a check off heels of Arboy Will (GB), which in turn led to Coakley having to steady his mount on the finish line.
Following the race, Clifford Lee reported that Korker (IRE), placed fifth, hung right-handed and Jamie Spencer reported that Dynamic Force (IRE), unplaced, stumbled leaving the stalls.
