The Stewards interviewed D.N. Russell, rider of From Eden (USA), concerning his use of the whip jumping the last fence of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted that D.N. Russell used his whip for corrective purposes and they therefore took no further action
