An enquiry was held to consider why Martin Todhunter, was running Talkofgold (IRE) here at Ayr on going described as Good, having declared the mare a non-runner at Ayr on 12 April 2019 on ground with the same official description.
The trainer’s representative stated that in his opinion the ground on 12 April was riding quicker than the official description but the watered ground on this occasion was more suitable for Talkofgold (IRE).
