After race at Fairyhouse Sun, 17th Apr, 2022 (1st)
We were probably a little fortunate but they are there to be jumped. It was a nice race to win considering he didn’t jump as well as he can jump. He can improve when he gets better at his jumping. There won’t be too much for him summer jumping over that trip unless he goes out in distance. The Galway Plate is a possibility but he’s very keen and likes to get on with the job.

They went some gallop. Paul (Townend) thought the run in the handicap the last day gave him huge experience coming back there going at that speed in a beginners' chase. He was very happy with him and he learned an awful lot,. We'll try and find a race in Fairyhouse or Punchestown or another nice novice race somewhere along the line, in about a month's time. I'd imagine that took a fair bit out of him given the pace they went. There was nothing easy about it.

After race at Curragh Sun, 11th Oct, 2020 (1st)
His form got a great boost in the Cesarewitch. I thought a mark of 97 was harsh but the handicapper is usually right to be fair to him. This fellow has schooled over fences and he’s very good so I’d imagine that is going to be on the cards for him. I was able to twist Willie’s arm and get him to run here rather than the Cesarewitch.

It was a good performance and we said we'd change tactics with him and let him rock and roll and see if it works. It mightn't work again but it worked for today anyway. We'll be pursuing a chasing career now; I have him entered at Punchestown on Tuesday but he won't run there. I saw today's race and entered him and we said we'd take our chance and we'll hopefully go chasing now.
