Brooklynn Glory (10/11f) gave Willie and Patrick Mullins a double at Listowel when striding away with the mares' bumper on debut.
It was a similar story to the preceding qualified riders' race that they took with Mt Leinster as Broklynn Glory travelled best two furlongs out and began to move clear approaching the final furlong.
The five-year-old Fame And Glory mare drew right away to score by four and a half lengths. Nudie (8/1) gave trainer Mullins a one-two as she made a pleasing debut to chase home the market leader. Camino Way completed the placings at 33/1, beaten eight lengths by the winner.
Willie Mullins said: "She is a nice filly and has been showing me a lot at home but I was a little worried about the ground today - I thought she might want better but Patrick said she handled it alright.
"She is a nice, strong mare with plenty of size and she's a mare that will win races.
"She wore a hood as she is a little giddy and I was afraid coming down here with the big crowd on ladies' day!"
He added: "I imagine Patrick will want to go for a winners' bumper with her and I'm delighted for Tony Gannon who owns her; he is a big pal of Dessie Scahill's (retired commentator) but Tony couldn't come racing because of the Dublin lockdown.
"The runner-up (Nudie) ran fantastically and is a small summer filly but she handled winter ground there so maybe I might change my mind about her.
"Nudie is named after Eugene 'Nudie' Hughes, a Monaghan footballer and we give Nudie our best because he is going through a tough time at present."
