O'Callaghan, unplaced, Dark Image (GB), ridden by G.B. Noonan, unplaced, Applicationofcash, ridden by P.T
Enright, unseated, and Back To Toledo, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, faller, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence S. O'Callaghan stated that his mount jumped fine but was brought down by the faller after the hurdle. P.T. Enright stated that his mount jumped fine but was hampered by the loose horse and his saddle slipped causing him to be unseated. S.W. Flanagan stated that his mount fell independently of any other horse. G.B. Noonan stated that his mount unexpectedly jumped violently left at the first hurdle. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
