The Stewards interviewed Terence O'Brien, trainer of Articulum, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who apologised for the delay and stated that he had difficulties in fitting a tongue tie to his charge which delayed him considerably. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that T. O' Brien was in breach of Rule 32 (ii) in that his charge was late into the parade ring
Having considered his clean record in this regard, the Stewards fined T. O' Brien ?200.
