Inside the final furlong marker, a weakening Ghathanfar (IRE), which finished unplaced, edged right- handed, carrying Music Society (IRE), placed fourth, off its intended line which in turn caused Mr Wagyu (IRE), which was unplaced, to be momentarily short of room against the rail, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Curtis Wilson-Ruddock reported that Bergerac (IRE), unplaced, was slowly away losing several lengths as a result.
