The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Sky Legend (GB), ridden by S.D
Bowen, placed 3rd, Bright N Shine, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed 2nd, and Mille Miglia (GB), ridden by C.D
Maxwell, unplaced, where it appeared that interference may have occured. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D.Maxwell stated that he recieved a bump and had kept a straight line. Adam Caffrey stated that a gap appeared in front of him but was closed as he went for it. S.D. Bowen stated that his mount hung left and he felt that he had made every effort to correct it. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found S.D. Bowen, was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding), and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards cautioned him
