An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final ½ furlong when the winner, Haija (FR), ridden by Robert Havlin, interfered with QUEEN’S FAIR, placed second, ridden by Daniel Tudhope.
Havlin was cautioned for careless riding as he failed to take sufficient steps to prevent his mount from drifting right-handed carrying QUEEN’S FAIR off its intended line.
Following the race, Daniel Tudhope reported that QUEEN’S FAIR, placed second, reared leaving the stalls and missed the break as a result.
