An extended handicap steeplechase for four yrs old and upwards rated 0-109 Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap to carry 4lb extra for each such steeplechase won. Lady Riders who hold a Category ''C'' Permit to ride under I.N.H.S. Rules 4. Lady Riders who hold a Permit to ride in Steeplechases issued by any other Recognised Turf Authority. The Stewards have also suspended the relevant parts of Rule 135 (iv) (c) and (v) for the purposes of this race.
