The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately three furlongs from the finish involving Breezy Zoff, ridden by R. Whearty, Tall Story, ridden by T. Kiely-Marshall, Almost An Angel (GB), ridden by J.J.G
Ryan, and Singe Anglais, ridden by Adam Caffrey where it appeared Singe Anglais got tight for room on the rails
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Adam Caffrey stated that he was on the inner when he kicked into a space before receiving pressure from his right and checked. R. Whearty stated that he kicked into a gap when he got pressure from his outside. J.J.G. Ryan stated that he was coming for a run when he received a bump from both sides and was squeezed out. T. Kiely-Marshall stated that he had a gap to his left, he heard a shout from his left so he waited and took back. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found T. Kiely-Marshall was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard suspended them for two race days
