Having been checked by the Veterinary Surgeon at the start, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
The Starter reported that King Of Scotia (IRE) was unruly in the stalls and was withdrawn at 7:40pm.
Jamie Osborne was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Upon leaving the stalls, Heartrate (IRE), unplaced, jumped left-handed at the same time that Concierge (IRE), unplaced, jumped right-handed, causing Beyond Equal (GB), placed fourth, to be briefly crowded for room, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Nicola Currie reported that Concierge (IRE), unplaced, stopped quickly, Billy Loughnane reported that Heartrate (IRE), unplaced, was never travelling and Rossa Ryan reported that Some Nightmare (IRE), placed fifth, hung right-handed under pressure.
