An enquiry was held to consider interference rounding the bend into the home straight, involving Virtuoso (GB), unplaced, ridden by Mark Winn; Appier (IRE), placed third, ridden by Connor Planas; Tralee Hills (GB), placed fourth, ridden by William Carver; and Al Azhar (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Aiden Keeley.
The interference was found to be accidental in that Appier (IRE) shifted quickly right-handed off the heels of a weakening Virtuoso (GB), at same time Al Azhar (IRE), lugged marginally left-handed carrying Tralee Hills (GB), very slightly left-handed, which caused the three runners to the inside of Appier (IRE) to become short of room, and Winn having to take a check.
An enquiry was held to consider interference exiting the bend into the home straight, involving Tidal Storm (GB), unplaced, ridden by Saffie Osborne and Tralee Hills (GB), placed fourth, ridden by William Carver.
Carver was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he angled his mount right-handed coming off the bend, giving Tidal Storm (GB) a slight bump and taking it off its intended line.
Following the race, Saffie Osborne reported that Tidal Storm (GB), unplaced, was never travelling.
