Richard Patrick, the rider of Supreme Gift (IRE), was unseated rounding the last fence in the back straight.
Patrick, and Nathan Moscrop, the rider of BRIAN’S JET (IRE), placed third, were interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that the incident was accidental and caused by Supreme Gift (IRE) ducking left-handed and jumping through the spur, causing Patrick to become unseated.
