Toby Lawes and the Starters were interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
Lawes was informed that any future similar behaviour may result in the gelding being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
The winner Sword Of Fate (IRE) appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Kelso on 25 March 2023, where the gelding finished fourth of five runners beaten 30 lengths.
It was noted that Leonard Kerr could offer no explanation for the gelding’s improved form.
Sword Of Fate (IRE) was routine tested.
