The plan was to set out last and get him to switch off and come home as late as he can and it is job done. Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Milliway, trained by J.P. O'Keeffe, as the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. Furthermore they informed the trainer that Milliway would be ineligible to run until the error is corrected to the satisfaction of the IHRB Veterinary Officer and any period of suspension imposed has expired
