The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Smaoineamh Sile (GB), trained by John C
McConnell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
The Raceday Stewards advised Kevin Michael Smith, trainer of International Lady, that a repeat performance from his charge, who stood in the stalls and refused to race, may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future
