An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong when Strive For Glory (USA), placed third, ridden by Joe Fanning, interfered with Proper Beau (GB), which finished last of the six runners, ridden by Graham Lee.
Fanning was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed without timely correction, causing Lee, the rider of Proper Beau (GB) to have to take a check.
Following the race, Oisin Murphy reported that Electric Ladyland (IRE), placed fourth, changed leads on numerous occasions.
