Permission was given for Samos Island (IRE) to be mounted in the chute.
On the home straight, Rare Clouds (GB), slipped and fell, badly hampering Samos Island (IRE), which was later pulled up, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Mr Zac Baker, the rider of Rare Clouds (GB) (IRE), had slipped and fallen in the home straight on the first circuit.
Baker was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that no other horse or rider was involved and the fall was caused by the gelding slipping.
