Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(b)(chance clearly gone) and cautioned the rider on this occasion
The Stewards imposed a fine of €200 on H. Morgan, rider of Galon De Vauzelle (Fr), under Rule 196(v) for failing to present himself to be weighed out for this race (reported trainsport difficulties) and granted permission for C.J
