An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Threediamondrings (GB), which had refused to race, before having to be led out of the stalls.
Martin Bosley was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the gelding had also refused to race at Lingfield on 13 August 2019, when trained by Mark Usher, Bosley was informed that any future similar behaviour from Threediamondrings (GB) may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
The performance of Red Archangel (IRE), which started joint second-favourite and finished seventh, was considered.
