The Informer another for the Fahey family
He went through it very well, it is nice and soft now and they are getting a good dig into it. He travelled well into the race and enjoyed it. In fairness Seamus told me to light him up there and he'd win!. I don't know what happened him the last day, and we weren't worried about the ground or the trip today. I told the owner to have a few quid on this morning. He's in a chase and a hurdle at Sligo but it depends on how he comes out of this.

Four Ahonoora's in a row a Dream for Ellison
I thought Baraweez was in great form but the ground has probably just found him out. I knew Dream Walker would like it. It's great for Baraweez to come back here four years in a row and Dream Walker has now won it two years in a row. It's a matter of keeping them right and keeping their heads right. Dream Walker has run three or four times this year and never lifted a leg but he obviously likes it here. All the jockeys have given them great rides. It's a dream result to have the first three home and to win this race four years in a row. I think Baraweez will come back for the Irish Champions Weekend. He won it two years ago, and ideally on good ground he'll be a better horse. He seems to be coming back to form which is good.
Arbre De Vie delights Mullins in Galway
That's a nice race for Arbre De Vie to open his account over fences. He will probably go down the novice route and I'd imagine that Shaneshill will go for the Kerry National. Ruby did very well to stay on board and it was a fair performance by rider and the horse not to fall. He was probably a shade unlucky not to win. We have had a great week. The Galway Hurdle was a bit disappointing and we went close in the Plate. Riven Light was a bit unlucky but I think we have had the rub of the green all week so we can't complain.
Treacy back from injury with a winner
Dara Tango one for Martin and Keane
He was just lying on the two horses coming to the finish. He was doing it still with plenty in hand and just running around I think a little bit. He was broken down and off for three years but had a lovely run back at Leopardstown. It's great for the owners who are long-time patrons of mine. There are 55 of them over from America for a family reunion and I'm delighted that he's won after the way the week has went. They deserve that after losing Heartbreak City.
Ainsi Va La Vie ends great festival for Mullins
Small field races can often be the roughest. I think it knocked her confidence a bit but the second horse is good and we will see in time the merit of the form. She could go for the Listed bumper at Gowran in October. It's been a great week from the first evening with Aubrey winning on Whiskey Sour. Riven Light has been a revelation and ran well again today. It's been good to see the Flat horses running so well all week.
