Permission was given for Skyhill (IRE) to be mounted in the chute and go early to post and for Foxboro (GER) to go early to post.
An enquiry was held following concerns raised by the Medical and Veterinary Team’s regarding the Trainer, Alison Hamilton, obstructing and blocking the service road as she was returning to the stands from the start.
Doctor Thomas, Clerk of Course and Alison Hamilton were interviewed and shown recordings of incident.
After hearing the evidence, Mrs Hamilton was reminded of her responsibilities to ensure that the service road is clear at all times to enable the Medical and Veterinary Teams to follow their procedures.
