David O'Meara declared Muscika (GB) to run in The Sky Bet Sunday Apprentice Training Series Handicap Stakes (Class 4) and The Sky Bet Sunday Series Sprint Handicap Stakes (Class 4), both at Haydock Park, and the gelding ran in the latter.
O'Meara was fined £280, this being his second offence within the previous 12 months.
The sponsorship in relation to Harrogate (IRE), trained by Paul Midgley, did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.

Following the race, Oisin McSweeney reported that his saddle slipped round on Modular Magic (GB), placed third; Erika Parkinson reported that Fantasy Master (GB), placed eighth, was slowly away, and Callum Hutchinson reported that Harrogate (IRE), placed seventh, was slowly away.
Zak Wheatley reported that Primo's Comet (GB), unplaced, was never travelling; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post- race examination of the gelding found him to have an irregular heartbeat.
