Permission was given for Rock of Estonia (IRE) to go early to post and mount in the chute.
The Starter reported that Rolladice (GB) broke out of the stalls and was withdrawn at 18:42.
Michael Easterby was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that Rolladice (GB) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the gelding would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
An enquiry was held into the start and the possible withdrawal of Gnaad (IRE) ridden by Joey Haynes, which was fractious in the stalls and reared before failing to jump off.
The rider and the Starter were interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
Having heard their evidence, it was found that the rider was astride Gnaad (IRE) at the time the start was effected and was therefore deemed to be a runner.
Following the race, Laura Pearson reported that Amor Fati (IRE), placed eighth, was reluctant to race and very slowly away.
