Andrew (Lynch) said he gave a nice blow at the second last and he should improve a nice bit. I wouldn't mind stepping him up now and giving him another crack at three miles on good ground. He deserves another shot at the race in the north (James Nicholson Wine Merchant Champion Chase at Down Royal) as he was second to Kauto Star in it and just lost out to Quito De La Roque. Weights - 5-y-o 11st 1lb; 6-y-o and up ; 11st 3lb; Mares allowed 7lb
Allowances - Horses which have not won a steeplechase before 1st March, 2013 allowed 5lb
Penalties - (to count from 1st October, 2011) Winner of three steeplechases or a Grade 3 steeplechase 3lb extra; Of two Grade 3 steeplechases or a Grade 2 steeplechase 5lb extra; Of a Grade 1 steeplechase 7lb extra;
