The sponsorship in relation to Arlecchino'S Leap (GB), trained by Mark Usher, did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.
Usher was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that the correct sponsorship is carried.
An enquiry was held to consider interference on the bend exiting the back straight when Roman De Brut (IRE), placed third, ridden by Thore Hammer Hansen, interfered with Paco's Prince (GB), placed second, ridden by Eoin Walsh.
Hansen was cautioned for careless riding as he had been slow to correct his mount from hanging left-handed, resulting in Paco's Prince (GB) being briefly crowded for room.
Following the race, Stefano Cherchi reported that Casina di Notte (IRE), placed sixth, attempted to duck right-handed approaching the bend past the winning line on the final circuit.
Franny Norton reported that Acker Bilk (IRE), placed eighth, hung badly left-handed; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post- race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
