An enquiry was held to consider interference on the home turn involving Le Cheval Rapide (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Zak Wheatley; Eye Of The Water (IRE), placed third, ridden by William Carson and the winner, Crocodile Power (IRE), ridden by David Nolan.
The interference was found to be accidental as Carson moved his mount right-handed in an attempt to get off heels at the same time as Crocodile Power (IRE) shifted slightly left-handed causing the weakening Le Cheval Rapide (IRE) to be slightly inconvenienced.
An enquiry was held to consider interference leaving the back straight involving Le Cheval Rapide (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Zak Wheatley and Praise Of Shadows (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Grace McEntee.
McEntee was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as she allowed her mount to drift left- handed towards the rail without sufficient correction, causing Wheatley who was approximately half a length down to take a check and lose his position.
Leaving the stalls Say Grace (IRE), placed sixth, jumped left-handed bumping Ramdon Rocks (GB), placed fourth, on two occasions.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Approaching the final furlong Le Cheval Rapide (IRE), unplaced, drifted quickly right-handed away from the whip giving a bump to Maylah (IRE), placed fifth, whose rider had to momentarily stop riding as a result.
Following the race Zak Wheatley reported that Le Cheval Rapide (IRE), unplaced, ran too free and was hampered on two occasions; The Veterinary Officer reported a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
Alistair Rawlinson reported that Maylah (IRE), placed fifth, jumped awkwardly from the stalls and was slowly away as a result.
