An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the start involving the winner, Solanna (GB), ridden by Daniel Muscutt; Sandie's Dream (GB), placed third, ridden by Neil Callan; Three Dons (IRE), placed second, ridden by Andrew Mullen; and Torious (GB), unplaced, ridden by Laura Pearson.
Muscutt was suspended for 4 days for careless riding as he had manoeuvred Solanna (GB) sharply right-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Sandie's Dream (GB) to be carried off its intended line and onto Three Dons (IRE), which subsequently turned the quarters of Torious (GB).
An enquiry was held to consider two incidents of interference from approaching the final furlong involving Gurkhali Warrior (IRE), placed sixth, ridden by Adam Farragher; Surrey Territories (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Hollie Doyle; and Guitar (GB), unplaced, ridden by Joey Haynes.
In the first incident approaching the final furlong, the interference was found to be accidental in that Gurkhali Warrior (IRE) had shifted marginally right-handed off its intended line, resulting in Surrey Territories (IRE) becoming tight for room when in the process of going for the same legitimate gap as Guitar (GB).
In the second incident approximately 1 furlong out, the interference was again found to be accidental as Guitar (GB) had shifted marginally left-handed when briefly unbalanced as a result of the earlier interference, causing a weakening Surrey Territories (IRE) to catch its heels.
Following the race, Stefano Cherchi reported that Alnood (IRE), unplaced, was restless in the stalls and reared as the stalls opened; Adam Farragher reported that Gurkhali Warrior (IRE), placed sixth, was slowly away; Joey Haynes reported that Guitar (GB), unplaced, was never travelling and Thore Hammer Hansen reported that Artemisia Gentile (IRE), unplaced, hung right-handed under pressure.
