The Stewards enquired into an incident after the last hurdle down the back involving Tell Me Annie, ridden by L
Quinlan, Jaime Sommers, ridden by B. Hayes, and Pravalaguna (FR), ridden by P. Townend, where it appeared Pravalaguna (FR) ran short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found L. Quinlan in breach of Rule 214 by riding improperly and having taken his record into account suspended him for 3 race days
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Count Simon, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a wound on his left foreleg and was sore port race.
