L.F. Roche, rider of Trusted Ally (GB) trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got checked about a furlong down
The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Bramble Sand, ridden by G.P. Brouder, and Trusted Ally (GB), ridden by L.F. Roche, where it appeared Trusted Ally(GB) got checked on the rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards advised G.P. Brouder to ride with more care in future.
