The Starter reported that Kinz (IRE) was unruly when entering the stalls and withdrawn at 20:16.
John Spearing was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that Kinz (IRE) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the filly would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
Aidan Keeley, the rider of Army Of One (GER), placed second, was suspended for 9 days for using his whip above the permitted level from approaching 2 furlongs out.
Being a 7lb claimer, Keeley was offered representation but declined.
An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after 2 incidents of interference inside the final furlong involving the winner, Boy George (GB), ridden by John Egan, Lilandra (FR), placed sixth, ridden by Rhys Clutterbuck, LIMELGHTER, placed fifth, ridden by George Bass, Army Of One (GER), placed second, ridden by Aidan Keeley, and London (GER), placed third, ridden by Mollie Phillips.
The Stewards considered that neither incident of interference had improved Boy George (GB)’s placing as Boy George (GB) was going away with the winning distance of ¾ of a length and a neck.
The first incident involved Boy George (GB) interfering with Lilandra (FR) who in turn interfered with LIMELGHTER.
Egan was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed when insufficiently clear carrying Lilandra (FR) off its intended line onto Limelighter (GB), causing Clutterbuck to become short of room and have to take a check.
The second incident involved Boy George (GB) interfering with London (GER) who in turn interfered with Army Of One (GER).
Egan was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to continue to drift left- handed when insufficiently clear carrying London (GER) and Army Of One (GER) off their intended lines.
