Leaving the back-straight on the final circuit, a weakening Rocco Royale (IRE), unplaced, became momentarily short of room when Stripe Of Honour (IRE), unplaced, to its outside drifted marginally left-handed.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
The winner, Indian Sunbird (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its run at Market Rasen on 7 June 2024, where the gelding finished fifth of six finishers, beaten 15 ¾ lengths.
