The Stewards wished to complete an enquiry into possible interference going down the hill into the final bend involving Darling Alko (FR), placed fourth, ridden by Jack Quinlan, Getaway Flyer (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Connor Brace, Vegas Blue (IRE), which fell at the final bend, ridden by Jeremiah McGrath, and Isayalittleprayer (GB), placed second, ridden by Jamie Moore, but were unable to do so as McGrath could not be interviewed owing to his injuries.
Having heard initial evidence from Quinlan, Brace and Moore, they adjourned their enquiry to a date to be confirmed.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Getaway Flyer (IRE), unplaced, was lame on its left fore.
