Permission was given for Another Odyssey (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the first bend involving the winner, Another Odyssey (GB), ridden by Benoit de la Sayette, Drawing Clocks (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Taylor Fisher and Vaxholm (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Christian Howarth.
Howarth was cautioned for careless riding as he angled his mount left-handed when not sufficiently clear of Drawing Clocks (GB) carrying that runner onto Another Odyssey (GB) which was briefly checked by its rider.
An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the first bend involving Foursome (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Elisha Whittington, Lightening Gesture (GB), unplaced, ridden by Frederick Larson and Vaxholm (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Christian Howarth.
Howarth was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to shift left-handed when insufficiently clear of Lightening Gesture (GB), tightening that runner for room which in turn caused Whittington to take a significant check on Foursome (GB) when short of room against the rail.
Approaching the final furlong, Heroic Holly (IRE), placed third, edged left-handed bumping the winner, Another Odyssey (GB) which briefly unbalanced both runners, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Georgia Dobie reported that Birkie Girl (GB), unplaced, was slowly away.
