The Stewards interviewed David Peter Dunne, trainer of All Class (FR), regarding the failure to present his charge in the parade ring prior to the start of this race, which subsequently led to the the withdrawal of All Class by order of the Stewards. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned, who stated that he had received the saddle late, was stabled some distance from the parade ring and was operating on his own today and felt a combination of all these factors had significantly delayed him. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that David Peter Dunne was in breach of Rule 32(ii) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion
