Vee Man Ten (GB) wore earplugs which were removed at the start.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong when True Hero (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Faye McManoman, interfered with the winner, Celsius (IRE), ridden by Luke Morris, which in turn interfered with Vee Man Ten (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Paul Hanagan.
McManoman was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as she allowed her horse to hang left without timely correction causing Celsius (IRE), to be badly hampered and carried across the running of the weakening Vee Man Ten (GB), which had to be checked.
Following the race Cameron Noble reported that Mr Buttons (IRE), placed third, hung both ways.
