Gay Kelleway was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
The winner, Beechwood Mick (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Beverley on 26 July 2022, where the gelding finished last of the five runners, beaten by 15 ¼ lengths.
David Loughnane explained that Beechwood Mick (IRE) had benefitted from a drop into a selling race which, in the trainer's opinion, was a weak contest.
His explanation was noted, Beechwood Mick (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, Liam Wright reported that he dropped his rein inside the final furlong on City Of Aliaa (GB), placed fourth.
