Mr Bradley Gibbs, the rider of the winner, Captain Mcginley (IRE), was suspended for 2 days for using his whip after the final fence when clearly winning.
Mr C Houlihan, the rider of Definite Dilemma (IRE), placed second, was suspended for 2 days for using his whip above the permitted level from turning into the home straight.
Being a 7lb claimer, Mr Houlihan was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry but declined.
