I was hoping it wouldn't be too soon for her but it looks like she stays and we'll try and find something similar for her next. It is easier to win races in Britain; she was second in a maiden hurdle in Newcastle when she wouldn't get into the first 15 in a maiden hurdle here. The Stewards received a report from Ms. Avena O'Keeffe, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that O.R. Brown, rider of Ask Mary, weighed in at 1.2 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that this was the case. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that O. R. Brown was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered O. R. Browns record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays
