Wexford brothers win with Watch
he didn't travel as sweet as usual but didn't jump as well and that's probably why. He went to Ballinrobe on Tuesday and won but they are four and a half hour journeys (from his Wexford base). He's not the biggest horse in the world so we are thrilled - it’s unbelievable!

Arthey registers first Irish win with 33/1 shot
Martin Ferris rang me to say he had been injured and I picked Brian (Hayes) as he has ridden him before. I said to him he could be a bit ‘cold’ over the first few fences but stay with him and get him going and he did. This was last chance saloon but we changed a few things - we changed his feed, gave him a lot more work and galloped a lot more. I knew he could do everything, the point-to-point form was there. I have 15 in and we'll end up running more on the track maybe now. We'll see what the handicapper does but it was all about today. The owner Colin Gault is from Ballyclare and I'm just outside Ballyclare myself.
Kagney wins bumper for Meade/Carberry
we ran him last week in Listowel and we felt we didn't make enough use of him and he got tapped for a bit of toe. He stays well and we thought we would give him one more chance in a bumper. Nina is getting better all the time. She is riding work every day in Ballydoyle and is a great asset.
