P.A. Harnett, rider of Dark Street, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bit tight near the line but it made no difference to his placing. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted

Ryan, unplaced, Nawraq, ridden by G.F. Carroll, unplaced, Together Aclaim (GB), ridden by K.G. Kennedy, unplaced, and Anjah, ridden by S. Foley placed second, where it appeared Together Aclaim clipped a heal
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that he kept a straight line. G.F. Carroll stated that he took out of the gap. G.M. Ryan stated that his mount rolled around but he corrected him immediately. K.G
Kennedy stated that he went for a gap and felt contact from his left and clipped the horses heal in front of him
Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found G.M. Ryan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
