The Stewards interviewed Miss K. Harrington, rider of Billy's Hope, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Miss K. Harrington in breach of Reg.10 3.(f) and Reg.10 4. and having taken her record in this regard into account, suspended her for four race days.
