Frank is a very, very good supporter and has five in with us. She was actually entered in the mares maiden hurdle today but when she wasn't getting into it we came for this instead and thank God it worked out. She will tip on over hurdles now. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cnoc Na Si, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race
The Stewards interviewed Mr C. Mullins, rider of Bridal Knot, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Mr C. Mullins stated that he was in a tight finish and got a little carried away but accepted he was in breach of R 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Mr Mullins was in breach of R 10.3(f)(force), and 10.3(g)(frequency), and having taken his previous record into account they suspended him for 5 racedays
