Stott was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to hang right- handed into the whip, without sufficient or timely correction when not fully clear of Defence Treaty (IRE), resulting in Shoemark taking a check to avoid his heels.
Following the race, Kieran Shoemark reported that Defence Treaty (IRE), placed second, suffered interference inside the final half furlong and Paul Mulrennan reported that Guitar (GB), unplaced, got upset in the stalls and was slowly away.
