Joseph O’Brien’s charge is a course winner over hurdles though, and a fabulous jumper that’ll have no issue with testing terrain. The fact that he stays two and a half miles is another plus in the column of the J P McManus hope. You only have to glance at the betting to see that it’s open enough, only Our Merlin looking to be out of it.
