I was impressed with him in Fairyhouse, but we weren't sure how good of a race it was. You have to be impressed with what he did there. Jack said he didn't mind that ground. We were running him last year on heavy ground and I couldn't understand why he was getting beaten. I was disappointed in a few bumpers last year. Maybe he doesn't want it as soft as that. I'd say he is a good horse and he looks nice. He travels with a lot of pace.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mywayofthinkin, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its left hind post race
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the back of the second last involving Milo Lises (FR), ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed sixth, and Mr Percy, ridden by D.E. Mullins, placed second, where it appeared there was contact between the two. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
